How do we program the VMS?
All Payne Hire customers receive a username/password which gives you 24/7 online access to the VMS for your own message changing. If you are not able to do the message changes, one of Payne Hire’s friendly staff members can do this for you.
How many words/ characters can be used on a VMS?
This varies depending on the words/lines used, a general rule of thumb is 11 characters across and 4 lines of text, with as many screens as you require.
Do you deliver?
Payne Hire deliver straight to your business and setup the VMS ready with your message running,
Is there security on the trailer and sign?
All our VMS have multiple padlocks and padlock covers; our wheels have custom wheel nuts to reduce theft.
Do we have to pay for insurance?
All Payne Hire VMS are fully insured which is included in your hire.
What about Council permits/locations?
This is a case-by-case scenario, we can advise you on your local council regulations. Regulations may vary between Brisbane, Ipswich and Gold Coast areas.
Will a VMS help promote our business?
